Sandena O. Neely is a multi-dimensional leader who wears many hats and loves sharing from the reservoir that God has blessed her with. She is an Attorney, Consultant, Speaker, Coach and Author who is passionate about growth and positively impacting lives. She sees herself as continuing evidence that something good can come out of the Kemp Road community in Nassau, Bahamas. She seeks to nurture the rich culture, pastimes and traditions from her early years and connect them to the diverse groupings of people in today’s society.

She is an Attorney with 14 years Call to the Bar and was proud to serve as an Associate Legal Counsel with the Atlantis Resort and Casino, Paradise Island from 2013-2019. In October 2019, Sandena, experienced a full-circle moment when she made a career transition and left the legal field to accept a national assignment as a Consultant with the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture where she gets to serve as the Head of the Division of Youth. Women’s Empowerment and Self Care are topics that Sandena lives out purposefully and shares about experientially.

Sandena and her husband Jevon, have two children, a daughter, Reagan and a son, Jevon. She has an invaluable support system in her amazing parents, siblings and network of close friends. Her foundational scripture is found in Paul’s letter to the church at Philippi in the 13th verse of the 4th chapter, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!”
